With preinstalled headers, it’s breadboard-ready for quick wiring and testing, while onboard WiFi makes it ideal for IoT projects like sensor nodes, home automation, MQTT devices, and simple web servers. The 4MB flash provides room for firmware and storage, and the breakout-friendly layout makes it easy to connect peripherals and iterate quickly using common ESP32 toolchains such as Arduino and ESP-IDF.
