How returns, replacements, and refunds work at ShillehTek.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

  • Email-first returns Get approval before shipping anything back

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

You must have your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at admin@shillehtek.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at admin@shillehtek.com.

We will ship a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipping required on our end for confirmed defective items.

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns (change of mind, ordered wrong item, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Recommended:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Items that have been soldered, modified, or physically altered are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to request a return and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it.
