Q: Do you accept purchase orders (POs)?

Yes. We welcome purchase orders from schools, universities, and institutions. Include your PO number when you reach out and we'll guide you through it.

Q: Can I get a refund of sales tax on an order I already placed?

Yes. If you ordered before we had your certificate, send it over and we'll refund the sales tax on that order and set you up tax-free going forward.
