Free Shipping
Orders of $35+ ship free with standard ground shipping within the contiguous United States.
Free shipping applies to standard ground methods only and excludes expedited or express methods.
ShillehTek selects the carrier for free shipping (such as USPS or UPS) to deliver your order reliably and on time. If you choose a free ground option at checkout, we may ship your order with a different carrier — for example, USPS instead of UPS — when the estimated delivery time is the same or better.
Free shipping may not be available for remote, rural, or non-contiguous U.S. addresses (Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO) where carrier rates exceed $15. In these cases, standard shipping rates will apply at checkout.
Shipping Charges
For orders under $35, or shipments outside the contiguous U.S., shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and destination.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times vary by shipping method and location. Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout.
