Product Overview

The W1209 is a 12 V thermostat module. A 10 kΩ NTC probe (B = 3950) on a 0.5 m waterproof cable reads −50 °C to +110 °C, a 3-digit LED shows it to 0.1 °C, and an SRD-12VDC-SL-C 10 A relay switches your heater or cooler. Pick heating (C) or cooling (H) mode, set the trigger temperature and a hysteresis from 0.1 to 15 °C so equipment does not short-cycle; settings are stored in EEPROM. It draws about 25 mA idle and 65 mA with the relay on.

Classic uses: egg incubators holding 37.5 °C, fermentation and sous-vide tanks, terrariums, and over-temperature cut-offs for electronics. The board is about 48 × 40 × 14 mm and ships as a single or a 2-pack.

The W1209 is a standalone 12V thermostat relay module, so an Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or ESP32 is not required. In microcontroller projects, it can independently switch a heater or fan while the controller handles other tasks.
