Yes. It is Arduino-ready and provides an analog signal for boards with analog inputs. A Raspberry Pi can use it only through an external ADC or suitable interface, because Pi GPIO pins do not read analog signals directly.
ShillehTek sensor modules are supplied with pre-soldered headers, so you can use jumper wires or a breadboard without soldering. You still need to wire power, ground, and signal, upload code, and allow the MQ-2 to warm up.
This module outputs an analog voltage that changes with detected smoke or flammable gas concentration. Read it with a microcontroller ADC, and check the module’s pin labels before connecting power, ground, and signal.
