A few things worth knowing before you send a message — these answer most questions faster than the form will.
Response time
Under 24 hours on weekdays. Faster for orders, slower for in-depth consulting inquiries (we want to give those a real answer).
Hours
Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm CT. Orders placed by 3pm ET ship same-day. Weekend messages get answered Monday morning.

Where's my order?
Most US orders ship same-day if placed by 3pm ET and arrive in 2–5 business days. Once your order ships you'll get a tracking number by email. If it's been more than 7 business days and no tracking, email admin@shillehtek.com with your order number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International orders typically take 7–21 business days depending on country and customs.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — volume discounts kick in automatically at qualifying quantities (typically 5+ or 10+ units depending on the product). For wholesale or 50+ unit orders, contact us with quantities and we'll send a custom quote.
My module isn't working — can you help debug?
Start with our tutorials — most components have a video walkthrough showing exactly how to wire and code them. If that doesn't resolve it, use the form and include: which product, your wiring, your code (or photo), and what's happening vs. what you expected.
Can I return a product?
30-day returns on unused items in original packaging. Items that have been soldered or modified can't be returned. Full details on our returns page.
I want to hire you for an IoT build — what's the process?
Fill out the form, pick "IoT consulting inquiry" as the subject, and tell us about the scope (what you're building, deadline, budget range). We'll set up a 30-min call to scope properly. More info: /pages/iot-consulting.
